Who is responsible

The data controller is the owner of the ofertia.pro website. You can reach us at support@ofertia.pro about anything relating to your personal data.

What data we receive

• Data you send us: the name, email address and message content you enter in the site's forms.

We never request or store card details, bank accounts, identity documents or gambling platform credentials. If a form asks you for that kind of information in our name, it is not ours.

Current status of the forms

Important: the contact, subscription and unsubscribe forms on this site currently work as an interface demonstration. They do not transmit the data you enter to any server, do not store it and do not trigger an email. The confirmation message shown after submitting appears only in your browser. What we use data for

• Answering enquiries that reach us by email.
• Sending promotion updates to people who have expressly asked for them.
• Measuring, in aggregate, how many people visit the site and which content they read.

Messages received by email are kept for as long as needed to handle the enquiry and for any applicable statutory periods. Subscription data is kept until you ask to be removed.

Your rights

You may request access to, rectification of, updating of and deletion of your personal data by writing to support@ofertia.pro. Argentina's Agency for Access to Public Information, as the supervisory body for Law 25.326, is empowered to handle complaints and claims concerning breaches of personal data protection rules.

Under section 14(3) of Law 25.326, data subjects may exercise their right of access free of charge at intervals of no less than six months, unless a legitimate interest in a shorter interval is demonstrated.

This site links to gambling operator platforms. Once you follow such a link you leave ofertia.pro and become subject to that site's privacy policy, over which we have no control.

Minors
